Terracotta Musical Man Set – Overview
This group of five terracotta figurines shows a seated band of folk musicians, each modelled cross-legged on his own round clay base. Every figure wears a hand-painted turban — orange, maroon, green, yellow and black — with a beaded necklace and a patterned waistcloth picked out in colour against the bare clay body. Each musician holds a different instrument, from barrel drums held across the lap to a flat stringed instrument, so the five read as an ensemble rather than repeats of one model. Made in India by Flo Art.

Why Choose These Figurines
The five figures are modelled as one band, so they sit together as a scene on a shelf, a console or a mantelpiece. Each is shaped and painted by hand, and because every figure has its own base they can be spread out, turned to face one another, or grouped tightly.
