1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
2. Return Conditions
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Unboxing video or clear images may be required
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products
- Items damaged due to misuse
4. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
- Amount will be credited to original payment method
5. Replacement Option
Instead of refund, you may opt for a replacement (subject to availability)
6. Shipping for Returns
- If issue is from our side → we bear return shipping cost
- Otherwise → customer may need to bear shipping charges
