1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

2. Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Unboxing video or clear images may be required

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse

4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
  • Amount will be credited to original payment method

5. Replacement Option

Instead of refund, you may opt for a replacement (subject to availability)

6. Shipping for Returns

  • If issue is from our side → we bear return shipping cost
  • Otherwise → customer may need to bear shipping charges
