Delivery time depends on your location and product type:
  • Ready items: 3–7 days
  • Custom or handmade items: 5–12 days You will see the estimated delivery date before checkout.
Our return policy varies by product:
  • Most items are eligible for replacement or exchange
  • Some products (floral jewellery, customized items, or hygiene-sensitive products) are not returnable The return policy is clearly mentioned on each product page.
