REFUND, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY – PRAMA

At Prama, we aim to provide a satisfying experience with every purchase.
As most products are handmade, returns are limited.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return ONLY if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong product
- The product is defective
Return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video & photos.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Customized or personalized items
- Handmade items with minor natural variations
- Clay, decorative, or fragile products unless damaged on arrival
- Beauty/cosmetic products
- Temple/pooja items
- Items without original packaging
3. Refund Process
Refunds are initiated only after:
- Product is inspected
- Return request is approved
- Vendor verifies the issue
Refund time: 5–10 business days to original payment method.
4. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Once the product is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
5. Damaged Product Claims
Must include:
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Photos of damage
- Order ID
Incomplete evidence may lead to rejection of claim.
